To promote&nbsp;new studies, equipment, treatments&nbsp; and therapies that can help people with neurological problems easier, she and her husband created the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.neurotechnetwork.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Neurotech Network<\/a>&nbsp;in 1998. This non-profit organization is dedicated to improving the education of people with impairments and increasing their access to neurotechnology. In the years since then, Jen\u2019s inquisitive mind has refused to accept no for an answer.
