Lab Description: The goal of our lab is to bring together clinical neurology, computational neuroscience, and neural engineering to find new ways to enhance brain health. Researchers are interested in neurodegenerative disorders that strike at the functional relationships between balance, vision, movement, and perception.
RESEARCH
My research focuses on using deep brain stimulation to modulate self-motion perception and eye movements to
restore balance in Parkinson’s disease. Additionally, I am interested in using quantitative data and machine
learning to assist with diagnosis and treatment decisions for individuals with movement disorders.
