Ustin, Jeffery, M.D.
Research Statement
My main interests are in translational research. I have training in medicine, engineering, and management of technology. I want to help clinicians solve their problems with new technologies when appropriate and help engineers define and better understand clinical needs and medical culture. My current projects include a synthetic hemostatic agent, a resorbable filter, and drug eluting tubes.
