Research Statement

My research interest is in pain management and spasticity control using both implantable and non-invasive electrophysiological methods. My active research areas include:

  • Neuromodulation of dorsal columns for pain management using spinal cord stimulation
  • Non-invasive peripheral nerve block using transcutaneous direct current stimulation, with the goal of treating acute and chronic pain as well as spasticity
